Use and operation of lifting straps
(1) The maximum working load and usage range of the lifting belt are based on the test data of the lifting belt, and overloading is strictly prohibited.
(2) It is not allowed to cross or twist the use of lifting straps, and knotting or twisting is not allowed during use.
(3) When the lifting belt is visible to the naked eye as damaged, it is not allowed to be used, and dragging is not allowed when moving the lifting belt and goods.
(4) When items have sharp corners or edges, protective measures must be taken. It is recommended to use protective sleeves or corners to protect the lifting belt.
(5) When lifting items, it is not allowed to hang the goods with lifting straps for too long. During the lifting process, it is strictly prohibited to collide and impact the lifted items.
(6) Before lifting, check whether the connections of the lifting belt and rigging are correct. During the lifting process, try to maintain stability as much as possible. It is strictly prohibited to stand under the lifted object or pass through other objects.
(7) When lifting, be careful not to let the lifting belt body touch other objects to avoid damage.
(8) The lifting belt with added optical fiber should be inspected before use. During the inspection, a light source should be added to one section of the optical fiber for radiation, and there should be a clear bright reaction at the other end, indicating that there are no broken wires inside the lifting belt; If there is no bright reaction, there will be wire breakage inside the surface lifting belt, and it should be stopped from use.
(9) For small tonnage lifting belts below 100T, they can be lifted more than 500 times under normal lifting conditions. For large lifting belts (100-500T), they can be lifted about 300 times under normal lifting conditions. For oversized lifting belts above 500T, they can be lifted about 200 times under normal lifting conditions; However, considering the varying degrees of damage caused by the usage environment, our company's technical personnel must conduct a detailed and thorough inspection of the lifting belt to determine whether it can be repaired and continued to be used
