The Specialized Truss Lifting Sling must comply with safety regulations and operating procedures to ensure a stable and reliable lifting process.
Check to ensure that the specialized truss lifting slings are free from damage, wear, tears, or aging. The load-bearing mark (rated load) should match the total weight of the truss and the lifted objects (a safety margin must be reserved, and it is usually used within 80% of the rated load). Inspect whether the connecting components at both ends of the sling (such as hooks, shackles, etc.) are in good condition, without deformation or cracks, and that the locking devices function properly. Determine the lifting points According to the structure and load-bearing design of the truss, select specialized lifting nodes (trusses usually have pre-reserved lifting holes or reinforced rib positions; avoid directly binding them to non-load-bearing parts). For combined trusses, it is necessary to ensure that the lifting points are evenly distributed to balance the force (for example, a long truss requires at least 2 symmetrical lifting points to avoid tilting caused by single-point lifting).
