1. 2. Main uses and scope of application:

3. Product working conditions:

(1) The ambient temperature for the use of lifting belts is -30 ° C -+100 ° C. When using polypropylene lifting belts, the ambient temperature is generally -40 ° C -+80 ° C. It is strictly prohibited to use them in high temperature environments.

(2) When synthetic fibers are exposed to ultraviolet radiation for a long time, their strength will decrease, so lifting straps should not be used in areas with strong ultraviolet radiation for too long.

(3) Lifting straps should avoid lifting operations in molten metal, acid, glass panels, fragile items, nuclear reactors, and special environments.

4. Installation and debugging

(1) When using the lifting belt, hang it directly into the center of force on the hook and not directly on the tip of the hook

(2) When using two lifting straps, hang them directly into the double hooks, and hang each lifting strap at the symmetrical force center position of the double hooks

(3) When using four lifting straps, each two lifting straps should be directly hung into the double hooks, and attention should be paid that the two lifting straps inside the hooks should not overlap or compress each other. The four lifting straps should be symmetrical with the force center of the hook,

(4) When lifting with two lifting belts and lifting with four lifting belts, the length error is not subject to special requirements. The allowable deviation of its nominal length should not exceed the provisions of the lifting belt standard.
