Emergency Handling and Personnel Operation Specifications for Electric Lifting Truss Hoist Controller
When abnormalities are detected in the equipment (such as chain slipping, unusual noises, or smoking), immediate actions must be taken as follows:
Power Off and Stop Immediately,Press the red emergency stop button on the controller panel at the first moment to cut off the equipment's power supply.Operation with faults is strictly prohibited.
Troubleshooting and Disposal
- Inspect transmission components such as chains and gears for jamming or wear. If there is a risk of fracture, evacuate personnel in the vicinity immediately.
- If the equipment stops due to overload, reduce the load to a safe range before attempting to reset and restart.
Manual Release Operation
In case of a power outage or fault shutdown requiring load lowering, always refer to the equipment manual. Use the manual release brake device (e.g., slowly rotating the release handle) to control the slow descent of the load. Forcibly pulling the chain or allowing the load to fall freely is strictly prohibited.
