If it is unavoidable to use it in a dusty or corrosive gas environment, in addition to taking sealed protective measures for the controller, such as installing a sealed cover, the sealed cover should also be made of sealing materials with a dustproof rating of IP54 or higher and good corrosion resistance. For dusty environments, it is necessary to regularly clean the sealed cover to prevent excessive dust accumulation on the surface of the cover from affecting heat dissipation. At the same time, a dust filter can be installed at the air inlet of the sealed cover, and the dust filter should be replaced regularly. In environments with corrosive gases, such as performance venues near chemical plants, in addition to sealed protection, anti-corrosion coatings can be sprayed on the surface of the truss hoist controller.
