Stage electric hoists are key equipment in scenarios such as stage construction and equipment hoisting, and their safe use is directly related to the safety of personnel and equipment. Operators must receive professional training, be familiar with the equipment performance and operating procedures, and it is strictly prohibited for untrained or non-designated personnel to operate the equipment. During operation, operators must concentrate, stand in a safe area (avoid being under heavy objects or within the range where objects may fall), and it is strictly prohibited to play or answer/make phone calls while operating.

- A trial hoist is required before lifting: Lift the heavy object 10-30cm off the ground, pause to check whether the hoist brake is reliable, whether the heavy object is balanced, and whether the lifting tackle is firm. Continue the operation only after confirmation.

- During hoisting, it is strictly prohibited for people to stand or pass under the heavy object. If it is necessary to adjust the position of the heavy object, a traction rope should be used for guidance, and direct pushing or pulling with hands should be avoided.

- Prohibition of slanting or tilting hoisting: Heavy objects must be lifted vertically. Slanting lifting will cause uneven stress on the chain/steel wire rope, which may lead to breakage or equipment overturning.

- Control the running speed: Operate stably when lifting, lowering or moving. Avoid sudden stops or starts to prevent heavy objects from shaking or the chain/steel wire rope from jumping out of the groove.

- No long-term suspension: After a heavy object is lifted, if it is necessary to suspend the operation, the object must be lowered to the ground. Long-term suspension in the air is strictly prohibited to prevent failure of the braking system.
