Installation and commissioning guide for stage electric hoist

　　Stage electric hoists play a crucial role in stage performances and various activities, as they can safely and efficiently lift and move various stage equipment and props. Correct installation and debugging are the key to ensuring the normal operation of the stage electric hoist.

　　1、 Preparation work before installation

　　(1) Determine installation location

　　Determine the installation position of the stage electric hoist based on stage design and actual needs. Consider factors such as lifting height, span, load capacity, and coordination with other equipment.

　　Ensure that the installation location has sufficient strength and stability to withstand the weight of the electric hoist and the tension generated during operation.

　　(2) Check equipment and accessories

　　Before installation, carefully check whether the stage electric hoist and its accessories are complete and intact. Including motors, chains, hooks, controllers, cables, etc.

　　2、 Installation steps

　　(1) Fixed bracket

　　Install the fixed bracket for the stage electric hoist according to the installation position. The bracket can be a steel beam, column, or other sturdy structure.

　　Use bolts, nuts, and other connectors to firmly fix the bracket in the installation position, ensuring that the levelness and verticality of the bracket meet the requirements.

　　(2) Install the electric hoist body

　　Install the stage electric hoist body onto the fixed bracket. Usually, bolts, nuts, and other connectors are used to connect the electric hoist to the bracket.

　　Ensure that the installation direction of the electric hoist is correct, the hook can move freely up and down, and the connection with the installation structure is firm and reliable.

　　(3) Connect the power supply and control system

　　Connect the power supply and control system of the stage electric hoist. The power supply should use wires and sockets that comply with national standards, and the control system should be set up and debugged correctly according to usage needs.

　　When connecting, ensure that the wires are firmly and reliably connected, and that the control system operates sensitively and accurately.

　　(4) Install chains and hooks

　　Install the chain and hook of the stage electric hoist. The chain should be made of high-strength alloy steel, and the hook should be made of high-quality steel that meets national standards.

　　When installing, ensure that the connection between the chain and the hook is firm and reliable, and can move up and down freely.
