1. There should be no obstacles within the walking range of the operator and on the route where heavy objects pass.
2. The manual control buttons should move correctly and agilely in the up, down, left, and right directions, and there should be no abnormal noise from the motor and reducer.
3. The brake should be agile and reliable.
4. There should be no foreign objects on the running track of the electric hoist.
5. The action of the upper and lower limiters should be correct.
6. The hook stop nut should be tightened.
7. The hook should roll flexibly in both horizontal and vertical directions.
8. The hook pulley should roll flexibly.
9. The steel wire rope should have no significant defects, be neatly arranged on the drum, show no signs of detachment from the pulley groove, and be well lubricated.
10. There are no abnormal phenomena in the hanging accessories.
11. The working environment temperature of electric hoist is -25~+40 ℃
12. Electric hoists are not suitable for places filled with corrosive gases or with relative humidity greater than 85%. They cannot replace explosion-proof hoists and are not suitable for lifting molten metals or toxic, flammable, and explosive materials.
