　　Conduct a thorough evaluation of the structure of the building where the stage is located, to understand its load-bearing capacity, the position and strength of the beams, and other related information. Ensure that the installation position of the stage electric hoist can safely withstand the full weight of the hoist and the lifted objects.

　　2. Spatial planning

　　Carefully measure the stage and surrounding space, and reserve sufficient operating space for the lifting, moving, and operating personnel of the electric hoist. To avoid collisions between the gourd and other stage equipment, scenery, or actors during operation due to insufficient space.

　　3. Stability of basic installation

　　Ensure that the installation base of the electric hoist is firm and reliable. If installed by suspension, the suspension point must be able to withstand the dynamic and static loads of the hoist. High strength bolts should be used for installation, and tightened according to the specified torque to prevent loosening.

　　4. Track installation accuracy

　　When using a track type stage electric hoist, the installation accuracy of the track is crucial. The track should be kept level and straight, and the joints should have a smooth transition to ensure that the hoist runs smoothly on the track, reducing the risk of shaking and jamming.

　　5. Electrical connection safety

　　Strictly follow the electrical installation specifications for wiring and connection. Ensure that the specifications of the power cord meet the power requirements of the electric hoist to avoid overheating or even fire caused by the power cord being too thin. At the same time, ensure proper electrical grounding protection to prevent electric shock accidents.

　　6. Selection and installation of steel wire rope

　　Select steel wire ropes with qualified quality and matching specifications. Check whether the breaking force, diameter, structure and other parameters of the steel wire rope meet the lifting requirements of the electric hoist. When installing the steel wire rope, it is necessary to ensure that it is correctly wound on the drum to avoid problems such as tangled ropes and jumping.

　　Select appropriate hooks and lifting devices based on the characteristics and weight of the lifted items. The hook should have sufficient strength and be free from defects such as cracks and deformations. Ensure that the connection between the hook and the lifting device is firm and reliable to prevent heavy objects from falling off during the lifting process.

　　8. Installation of protective devices

　　Install necessary protective devices, such as anti decoupling devices, overload protection devices, etc. The anti unhooking device can effectively prevent the hook from accidentally unhooking during lifting, while the overload protection device can promptly cut off the power supply when overloaded, avoiding damage to the electric hoist and lifting system.

　　Set up clear warning signs in the installation and operation areas of the stage electric hoist, such as "Do not approach" and "Lifting in progress", to remind non operators to maintain a safe distance and prevent accidents.
