Stage Setup with Truss Lifting Stage Hoists 1. First, place the bases at the designated locations for hanging the hoists. Install the pre-connected columns on each base, and simultaneously connect the truss lifting stage hoists to the crossbeams.

2. Next, secure the column trusses with screws. Pass the lower hook of the hoist through the lower crossbeam, and adjust the height of the hoist's lower hook to the operator's head level (approximately 1.6–1.8 meters).

3. Finally, hang heavy equipment such as lighting and audio systems on the crossbeams. Personnel standing at the four corners shall jointly pull the chains of the truss lifting stage hoists. During the lifting process, maintain communication via hand signals or walkie-talkies to ensure the lighting rig rises smoothly and at a uniform speed of ≤0.1 m/s. A hoist refers to a light-duty lifting device consisting of a driving mechanism, transmission mechanism, braking device, and a flexible winding or clamping device installed on a common hanger, which drives the lifting of the load-handling device.
