What management systems do electric hoist workshops need to establish?

　　In order to standardize the use and management of electric hoists in the workshop, ensure the safety of equipment and personnel, and improve the management level of electric hoists, the following system is specially formulated:

　　1. The operation of electric hoists is carried out by skilled personnel familiar with the lifting profession, or under the supervision of professional personnel.

　　2. Before lifting, check the mechanical parts of the equipment, such as steel wire ropes, hooks, and limiters, to ensure they are in good condition. Check that there is no electrical leakage in the electrical parts and that the grounding device is in good condition. When lifting a heavy object, stop and check the braking condition when it is lifted 10cm away from the contact surface. Only after confirming that it is in good condition can it continue to work. If there are any abnormalities, the cause must be identified before resuming use.

　　3. Overloading lifting is strictly prohibited. During the lifting process, it is strictly prohibited to clamp your hands between the rope and the object.

　　4. When lifting, be careful not to collide, and it is strictly prohibited to stand directly below during the lifting process.

　　5. The lifted object should be securely tied to the center of gravity. When lifting and walking, heavy objects should not be too high off the ground. It is strictly prohibited for heavy objects to rise above human heads, and heavy objects must not be suspended in the air during work intervals.

　　6. The steel wire rope of the electric hoist should be neatly wound on the drum. When the hook is placed in the lowest position, the steel wire rope on the drum should not be less than three turns.

　　7. The lifting rope of the electric hoist must be in good condition, and it must move and slide freely.

　　8. The lifting of heavy objects must be disposed of, and it is not advisable to diagonally pull heavy objects. The operator's shadow should be clear of the weight of the heavy object.

　　9. Operators should proactively avoid potential hazardous locations and prevent unrelated personnel from entering the work area.

　　10. Electric hoists should be regularly inspected and maintained, and the equipment should be kept in good condition at all times. It is not allowed to work with defects.

　　11. During work breaks, heavy objects should not be suspended in the air and should be placed on a safe ground.

　　12. Cut off the power supply in a timely manner after each use, and reset the steel wire rope and control handle.
