The inspection of the brake system of the Stage Equipment Electric Stage Hoist must take both functionality and safety into account: the surface of the friction plate needs to be wiped with alcohol to remove oil stains. When the thickness wear exceeds 30% of the original thickness, it must be replaced. During the brake test, it should be able to achieve immediate braking under the rated load, and the braking distance should not exceed 50mm; the meshing surface of the ratchet and pawl must be kept clean, and the meshing depth should not be less than 2/3 of the tooth height. The pawl should be able to reset flexibly when pulled by hand, and the elastic coefficient of the spring must meet the design standards. The rebound time after pressing should not exceed 0.5 seconds to ensure that the brake response is rapid and reliable.
