Before and after each lifting operation, quick inspections and basic care can be completed without professional tools, taking little time but providing significant safety benefits. - Pre-operation Inspection First perform a no-load test run to check the responsiveness of upward/downward movement, braking, and limit switches, ensuring dual brakes and dual limit switches function properly. Inspect the G80 chain one link at a time for knots, twisting, cracks, or excessive wear. Verify that the hook safety latch springs back correctly and is free from deformation or cracks. Check for loose housing or transmission components, and inspect cables and plugs for damage or exposed wiring. Do not operate the hoist with any faults present. - In-operation Monitoring Observe the hoist’s performance during operation. If abnormal noise, excessive vibration, delayed braking, chain jamming, or weak lifting occurs, stop operation immediately, disconnect power, and troubleshoot. Do not continue lifting under forced operation. - Post-operation Cleaning & Storage Remove dust, debris, moisture, paper scraps, and adhesive residue from the chain, sprocket, and hoist body to prevent abrasion caused by foreign particles embedded in the transmission system.
