The core anti-unhooking device adopts a dual-safety buckle design with double protection. Even in scenarios of severe shaking or accidental collision, it can firmly lock the hook, fundamentally eliminating the risk of heavy object falling.
The overload protection system is equipped with a high-precision pressure sensor to monitor the load weight in real time. When the load exceeds the rated capacity, it immediately triggers an audible and visual alarm and automatically cuts off the power supply. At the same time, it links with the braking system to achieve instant locking, avoiding structural damage or accidental loss of control caused by equipment overload.
The brake locking function adopts a dual-backup design of electromagnetic braking and mechanical braking. The stage chain motor can achieve self-locking when powered off, preventing accidental sliding of the lifted object and maintaining absolute stability even during long-term hovering operations.
