1. All personnel involved in construction operations must operate in accordance with relevant safety regulations and safety operating procedures.

2. Personnel entering the construction site must wear complete personal protective equipment.

3. High altitude operations must be carried out with a safety belt fastened to the safety rope in accordance with the principle of "hanging high and using low".

4. Construction personnel entering the site can only proceed with the work after receiving safety briefing and education.

5. Before putting into use, the lifting tool machine must be inspected to confirm that its performance, specifications, and condition meet the requirements.

6. The lifting points and the force points of the winch must be inspected, able to withstand the predetermined load and firmly and reliably before operation can be carried out.

7. Before putting into use, it is necessary to check the stability and reliability of the manned steel structure platform, and if necessary, reinforce it to ensure stability under stress.

8. The temporary facilities erected on site must be sturdy and inspected for safety hazards before they can be put into use.

9. Strengthen the efforts to protect the safety of equipment. When storing small and vulnerable equipment on site, they should be placed in a dry and ventilated warehouse, registered and stored clearly and accurately, and kept by a dedicated person.

10. When lifting equipment, caution must be taken to prevent wire rope damage or collision with the equipment. The lifting and unhooking must be done smoothly and slowly.

11. When working in the factory, cross operations are prohibited to prevent injury from falling objects from high altitude.

12. Emphasis is placed on on-site safety electricity management, with dedicated electricians supporting nuclear power, wire dismantling work, and maintenance of electrical equipment. The work of cable layout must comply with regulations.

13. Handheld electric tools must have reliable neutral, grounding, and leakage protection devices. Grounding wires should be installed on the track or other connecting structures. The grounding wires can be 4-5mm bare copper wires or metal wires with a cross-sectional area of no less than 25mm.

14. Set up a dedicated safety officer on site to monitor the status of the safety sound field and promptly stop construction operations with safety hazards.
