　　Before testing, you should follow some safety precautions

　　1. Ensure that there are no obstacles in the area below the gourd or crane. Also, check if there is anyone underneath or in the path of the gourd, including yourself.

　　2. Ensure that there is no load on the gourd.

　　3. Prepare to stop the hoist operation through the emergency stop button.

　　Afterwards, please follow the following steps to measure the upper and lower limits:

　　1. Control the hoist hook to run upwards when there is no load on the hoist.

　　2. Is there any abnormal noise during the operation of the gourd.

　　3. The limit switch should stop the hoist before the hook seat hits it. If it cannot run, or if you think it will fail, please do not hit the bottom of the gourd. This may damage the gourd.

　　4. If the limit switch malfunctions, do not use this hoist again;

　　5. Next, control the hoist hook to run downwards and test the operation of the lower limit switch.

　　6. Follow the same steps as when testing the upper limit switch. During the process of lowering the hook, listen for any abnormal sounds.

　　7. Check for defects in the chain or wire rope.

　　8. Similarly, if the limit switch malfunctions, please deactivate the hoist.
