What should I pay attention to when choosing a stage electric hoist?
Stage electric hoist is a lifting product designed specifically for tours, which can be hung upside down for use. Let me explain several key requirements for you
According to the heat treatment of the 220V control circuit of the stage electric hoist, it has a smaller footprint, easier installation, and simpler operation compared to other hoists.
The stage electric hoist is equipped with an adjustable spiral limit switch, which has higher reliability and function. The chain is galvanized and not easy to rust. The lubricating grease is installed in the gearbox to prevent oil droplets from penetrating and seeping onto the stage.
The shell of the stage electric hoist is made of aluminum material, with good heat dissipation and light weight. The outer shell is treated with spray coating, giving it a glossy finish and a good hand feel. Equipped with a motor thermal protection device, it can protect the motor from being burned out due to excessive temperature, increasing the safety and reliability of the electric hoist.
The limit switch of the stage hoist: There is a limit switch device for hanging up and down, which automatically stops the motor, prevents the chain from exceeding, and ensures safety.
Stage electric hoists are designed and produced strictly in accordance with the requirements of touring performances and exhibitions. When purchasing stage electric hoists, attention should be paid to identifying product quality. Generally, there are two types of stage electric hoist motors in the market: one with aluminum wire and the other with copper wire.
Aluminum wire electric hoist motors are prone to burning out at high temperatures, or causing the machine to malfunction and pose a danger. Copper wire electric hoist motors do not burn out at high temperatures. As long as the temperature reaches a level that the motor cannot withstand, the motor will automatically shut down and can be used normally once the temperature returns to normal. A regular and high-quality electric hoist will brake immediately when there is a power outage, without causing any danger.
The motor of the stage hoist is sealed inside an aluminum steel ring cylindrical shell, permanently protecting the motor. Suitable for connecting with various controllers and circuit distributors.
