Overload Protection Truss Hoist

The Overload Protection Device of the Overload Protection Truss Hoist Pressure Sensing Type:

A pressure sensor is installed in the load-bearing structure of the overload protection truss hoist, usually at the suspension point or the part directly in contact with the load. When the load borne by the hoist gradually increases, the pressure sensor will monitor the pressure change in real time. Once the pressure reaches or exceeds the pre-set overload threshold, the sensor will send a signal to the control system. Upon receiving the signal, the control system will immediately trigger the braking device, causing the overload protection truss hoist to stop the lifting or lowering operation, preventing the further deterioration of the overload situation and thus protecting the safety of the equipment and personnel.
