Electric hoists represent their own machinery, strength, and toughness, while the stage is elegant, flowing, and soft, with conflicts and collisions between the two.

Product Details

Modern drama stage hoists are special equipment developed exclusively for performing arts scenarios, with their design logic centered around "artistic presentation needs". In terms of control precision, mainstream stage electric hoists can achieve "millimeter-level" adjustment. Some high-end models even use servo motors and programmable control systems to accurately regulate the lifting speed, pause positions, and operating trajectories of hoisted props.
Take the "A Dream in the Garden" scene from the modern drama The Peony Pavilion as an example: it requires a gauze curtain embroidered with peony patterns to be lowered at a slow, constant speed of 0.5 meters per minute, while keeping the curtain flat and free from shaking. Traditional lifting equipment simply cannot meet this requirement due to its limited mechanical precision, whereas modern drama stage hoists can perfectly replicate the required movement trajectory through pre-set programs.
In terms of noise reduction performance, stage electric hoists adopt noise-reducing gears, shock-absorbing bases, and sealed motor compartments, allowing their operating noise to be controlled below 30 decibels—equivalent to the ambient sound level in a library. Even during scenes where actors deliver lines in low voices, this will not interfere with the sound effect presentation.
Additionally, modern drama stage hoists are equipped with an "emergency rapid response" function. In the event of unexpected situations during a performance (such as loose prop hooks or power fluctuations), the equipment can trigger an emergency brake within 0.3 seconds. The braking process is smooth and impact-free, preventing props from shaking or falling—a safety performance that traditional lifting equipment can hardly match. Traditional lifting equipment mostly relies on mechanical brakes for emergency stopping, which often causes severe shaking at the moment of braking. If fragile props (such as glass stage decorations) are being hoisted, this is likely to result in prop damage.
