When using a gourd for stage construction, it is necessary to first inspect the stage gourd to see if it is in good condition. Then, a simple test can be conducted by idling it a few times to see if it operates normally. However, during testing, it is not possible to power on for inspection to avoid accidents caused by sudden operation.
After standing still in the air for ten minutes, if everything is normal, the goods need to be repeatedly lifted up and down to check whether the various components of the stage electric hoist are working properly.
Electric hoists that perform repeated up and down lifting operations for lighting lifting also have requirements. For example, within an hour, the rated closing frequency of goods exceeding the rated load cannot exceed 120 to avoid accidents.
