1.When packaging electric hoists, the main engine and related components should be disassembled and placed. During installation, check for damage and reassemble. Add oil to the reducer before installation.

2. After the assembly of the suspended electric vehicle and the main engine, when installed on the I-beam rail, the force gap between the edge of the walking wheel and the lower flange of the I-beam rail should be 3-5, and adjusted by the washer on the bolt.

3. Check if the stopper used to secure the steel wire rope is securely installed.

4. After installing and connecting the electric hoist, raise the empty hook to a certain position, ensuring that the distance between the high point of the hook device and the drum shell is ≥ F. Adjust the tightening upper limit stop block, then lower the hook to a certain position, ensuring that there are 2-3 circles of steel wire rope on the drum, and adjust the tightening stop block.

5.To ensure that the gourd does not derail or collide with the body at both ends of the track, stop blocks should be installed at both ends of the track and buffer devices should be equipped.

6. Grounding wires should be installed at both ends or connecting frames of the I-beam track, and the resistance of any grounding circuit on the hoist should not exceed 0.1 ω The grounding wire can use 4-5mm2 bare copper wire or a metal conductor with a cross-sectional area of no less than 25mm2.
