Product Details

The test lift of a lifting stage hoist provides a comprehensive verification of the hoist’s overall performance and operational integrity. During long-term storage, repeated use, or transportation, a stage hoist may develop subtle, hard-to-detect faults such as chain corrosion, wear, and deformation; gear transmission jamming; and brake system failure. These potential defects are often difficult to identify under no-load conditions, yet they can manifest abruptly under load, leading to serious safety incidents.

Through static observation and dynamic monitoring during the test lift, operators can directly assess the following critical points: whether the hoist chain exhibits stretching or jamming; whether the transmission components run smoothly without abnormal noise; whether the braking system can firmly lock the load in place to prevent slippage. Additionally, the test lift allows operators to inspect the reliability of the connection between the lifting slings/rigging and the load, as well as the rationality of the lifting point selection. This process enables the timely detection and elimination of all hidden safety hazards.
