Precautions before completing the suspension of the stage electric hoist
The stage electric hoist is a professional lifting equipment used in stage performances, and the following five points must be achieved before use:
1. Before connecting the power supply of the stage electric hoist, it is absolutely necessary to check that these numbers match the voltage supplied. The voltage and frequency used for operating the chain electric hoist are marked on the rated voltage nameplate of the motor.
2. The initial lubrication of the stage electric hoist must be completed before the crane is used:
Carrying chain: The entire length of the chain must be lubricated, including the area where the bar passes through the sprocket. It is necessary to ensure that the contact points between the connecting rods (i.e. the saddle of the chain) are properly lubricated.
Gearbox: The ambient temperature is approximately between -10 ℃ and+50 ℃, and 220mm2/S40 ℃ gear oil with mild and high pressure additives should be used. The gear oil specification is DIN51502CLP220. When the ambient temperature is higher or lower, the type of gear oil used should be suitable for the specific situation.
3. Stage electric hoist hook and hook eye suspension: The suspension point should be of the correct size to accommodate the top hook or hook eye of the chain electric hoist and allow it to be moderately placed on the saddle. It must be sufficient to support the maximum lifting capacity of the crane.
4. Pre use testing of stage electric hoist: After the hoist is assembled, but before the crane is used for normal operation, the following procedures should be completed. Isolation power supply: Check that all mechanical and electrical connectors and connections are locked and secure.
