Check the agility and reliability of the brake, the manual buttons should move correctly and quickly in the up, down, left, and right directions, and the electric motor and reducer should have no abnormal sound
Check if the action of the upper and lower limit switches of the stage electric hoist is correct
Check if the hook stop nut is tight. The hook should roll flexibly in both horizontal and vertical directions. The hook pulley should roll flexibly.
Check the steel wire rope for significant defects, arrange it neatly on the drum without any signs of detachment from the pulley groove, and ensure good lubrication.
