Restricted area for the use of stage electric hoists

　　Stage electric hoist can help us quickly lift stage equipment and design some stage performances. However, before using it for homework, we also need to assess the environment of the homework site. Not all homework sites can meet the needs of using gourds. So, what are the prohibited areas for using stage gourds?

　　Firstly, when the power supply voltage is unstable or there is a risk of short circuit, we cannot use an electric hoist for operation to avoid circuit failure;

　　When we know the actual weight of the heavy object that needs to be lifted that we cannot remove, we cannot use a hoist for operation to avoid the danger of overloading;

　　When the working environment is quite harsh, such as high temperatures, rainy or snowy weather, or in highly corrosive environments, it can cause damage to the gourd and even lead to work accidents;

　　When we cannot firmly fix the gourd body, we cannot use it for operations.

　　The above are several situations where we cannot use stage electric hoists. If hoists are used in the above situations, there may be operational hazards. Everyone must pay attention when using them.

　　Moisture can affect the performance of lubricating oil for stage electric hoists

　　In order to ensure its efficiency and performance, stage electric hoists cannot do without lubricating oil. It can not only reduce the friction of components and protect their lubrication, but also play a role in cooling, rust prevention, sealing, etc. It can be said to be the "golden oil" of stage electric hoists.

　　Why should the lubricating oil of the stage electric hoist be kept away from damp or humid environments as much as possible during use?

　　After the lubricating oil contains moisture, it will weaken the strength of the lubricating oil film, reduce the lubrication function, and cause rusting and corrosion of the metal parts of the stage electric hoist. Moisture will also cause the lubricating oil to deteriorate, and even the deteriorated lubricating oil will produce acidic substances, causing corrosion to the stage electric hoist.

　　From this, it can be seen that moisture can affect the performance of lubricating oil for stage electric hoists, causing a decrease in the performance of the lubricating oil and thus affecting the stage electric hoist. Therefore, it is necessary to stay away from damp and humid working environments as much as possible.
