　　Firstly, before lifting, it is necessary to carefully inspect the chain and hook of the reverse chain under strong light, and not miss any part or crack. Once a crack is found, it needs to be replaced with a new component;

　　Secondly, when hanging heavy objects on the stage chain hoist, it is important to ensure that the safety tongue is perfectly fastened back to its original position. And during the lifting process, a dedicated person should be arranged to monitor the operation of the stage lifting equipment, and once any abnormal situation is found, the on-site performers should be informed.

　　Why can a stage hoist be used upside down to lift heavy objects

　　The stage inverted hoist actually refers to a regular stage chain electric hoist, but because this type of electric hoist can be used upright or inverted, it has an additional name.

　　Why can only other types of electric hoists be used for upright hanging, while stage inverted hoists can be used for both upright and inverted hanging? This is mainly related to the structural construction and operating components of the stage electric hoist. Its top and bottom are respectively equipped with hooks that can be hung at fixed lifting points, and the style and structure are identical. If one of them is used to connect stage equipment, the other can be used to connect stage truss beams.

　　This design is very suitable for large-scale lifting projects, improving the lifting progress of stage equipment while reducing the cost of lifting operations.

　　When using the upper hook of the stage hoist to lift stage equipment, it is important to avoid surrounding stage equipment and the cover of the electric hoist, in order to prevent these obstacles from colliding with the equipment being lifted and causing it to fall from a height.
