Method of unpacking inspection: After the equipment arrives at the site and undergoes unpacking inspection, it is confirmed that the accompanying documents, instructions, and certificate of conformity of the equipment are complete. The equipment and spare parts should match the packing list, and the appearance of the equipment should be undamaged. Process handover: Before the formal installation of the electric hoist, the previous process should be inspected and confirmed to be qualified before installation.

a. The buffer devices at both ends of the track or I-beam must be fully installed;

b. Whether the supporting points of the I-beam are constructed according to the drawings and whether the connection is firm;

c. The splicing of I-beams must be carried out according to the drawings, and the lower flange must be polished smooth without jamming the wheels. Inspection before lifting the electric hoist:

a. Before lifting, the reducer of the lifting part of the electric hoist should be carefully checked to ensure that lubricating oil is injected as required, and that the walking part is filled with lubricating grease. Remove oil stains or rust preventive oil from the tread of the electric car.

b. Carefully read the user manual and other accompanying documents to understand the product structure. Check if the electrical control box is wired according to the electrical diagram, and check the insulation status of the lifting motor and walking motor.

c. Check whether the fixed end of the steel wire rope is tightened and whether the stopper is wedged firmly.

d. Check if the wiring of the control button is correct, and the safety rope securing the button must be installed properly.

e. According to regulations, the hook must be painted with yellow and black zebra pattern paint, and the hook safety device is complete.

f. There must be three pressing plates at each end of the steel wire rope and drum fixation, and the bolts must be tightened.
