Material requirements for packaging boxes of stage electric hoists:
(1) Wood
① The materials used in the packaging box should ensure the strength of the packaging box, and appropriate tree species should be selected according to the requirements of reasonable materials. The main load-bearing components should be larch, masson pine, spruce, white pine, elm, etc. Other tree species with similar physical and mechanical properties to the aforementioned wood can also be used.
② The color of the boards in the same packaging box should be basically consistent, and the outer surface should be flat without obvious burrs and insect holes (except for repaired insect holes).
③ When making boxes, the moisture content of the wooden boards and shelves of the closed box is generally 8% to 20%, while the moisture content of the sliding wood, sleepers, and frame wood is generally not more than 25%.
(2) The quality of plywood used in plywood boxes should comply with the provisions of GB1349 and GB738. And select appropriate types and quality grades of plywood according to the purpose and characteristics of the interior. Export packaging boxes should be made of Class I to III (i.e. NQF, NS, and NC) plywood.
(3) Fiberboard for domestic packaging should comply with the provisions of GB1923. The fiberboard used for export packaging should be of first and second class quality.
(4) Particle board packaging should comply with the regulations of LY209, and for export packaging, particle board should be selected as a first-class product with a flat pressing plate.
(5) Bamboo woven plywood is made by bonding with phenolic resin or other adhesives with equivalent properties. No bubbling or delamination is allowed, and the surface must not have obvious pollution. Its physical properties should comply with the provisions of GB13123 standard.
