The voltage and frequency of this power supply used for the operation of the chain electric hoist are indicated on the rated voltage nameplate of the motor,
2. The initial lubrication of the stage electric hoist needs to be completed before the crane is used:
Carrying chain: The entire length of the refining bar needs to be lubricated, including the area where the refining bar passes through the sprocket. It needs to be determined that the contact points between the connecting rods are properly lubricated
Gearbox: The surrounding temperature is approximately between -10 ° C and+50 ° C, and 220mm2/S 40 ° C gear oil with mild and high pressure additives should be used. The gear oil specifications are DIN, 51502, CLP, 220. When the temperature is higher or lower than the surrounding temperature, the type of gear oil used should be suitable for the specific situation.
3. Stage electric hoist hook and hook eye suspension: The suspension point should be of the correct size to accommodate the top hook or hook eye of the chain electric hoist and allow it to be moderately placed on the saddle. It must be capable of supporting the force of the crane at its maximum lifting capacity.
