Stage gourd, an essential lifting tool for building a stage
With the development of technology and the improvement of living standards, various concerts, tours, entertainment activities, etc. are becoming more and more common. Initially, setting up a stage required time and effort, and the effect was not ideal. However, with the improvement of technology efficiency, the stage gourd greatly improves the efficiency of setting up a stage, not only shortening the time but also improving the effect.
Stage hoists include stage chain hoists and stage electric hoists, mainly used for traction, lifting, and fixing purposes. Traction mainly refers to horizontal movement operations, most of which are carried out in conjunction with horizontal movement equipment such as monorail sports cars, walking on the constructed I-beams, and can also be adjusted lightly or slightly to match lighting effects; Lifting is mostly used in the stage construction process. Due to the terrain or size limitations of the performance venue, large lifting equipment cannot be used for lifting operations. Only light and small lifting equipment such as stage hoists (stage chain hoists, stage electric hoists) can be used for lifting operations, such as the construction of stage I-beams; The fixed use of stage gourds is an important reason to improve the efficiency of stage construction. In the past, hundreds or thousands of screws were needed to fix the stage, each screw had a fixed position, and it was also necessary to find balance between the crossbeam and the pillar. However, using stage gourds for fixing is very simple. After fixing the main frame, the gourd can be used to suspend the crossbeam, without the need for manual high-altitude operations to tighten the screws, which is simple and safe.
Our company's stage electric hoist is designed with a matte black surface treatment for better stage effect, which will not reflect light and will not affect the performance; In addition, strict material selection requirements are required for each component, resulting in higher safety performance of the entire machine; Multiple channel control boxes such as 4, 6, 8, and 10 can also be purchased for synchronization control. Optional aviation standard equipment host
