After fixing the upper hook during use, workers can manually control the switch to achieve the lifting and lowering of heavy objects. For large tonnage heavy objects, multiple devices can also be used together, with strong adaptability. It is an essential machinery for improving labor efficiency and working conditions.
The specific usage method of the chain electric hoist is to hang the heavy object on the lower hook, and the worker controls the handle switch. When pressed to the open state, the equipment is powered by the electric motor, and the internal transmission device begins to work, causing the lifting sprocket to rotate and drive the lifting chain to rise, thereby achieving the purpose of lifting heavy objects. During use, when the heavy object is lifted to the designated height, it needs to be stopped. Press the switch to the off position to stop the machine and the heavy object will also come to a stop. As the lifting chain is retracted, the shortened lifting chain will enter the storage chain bag for storage, and be removed when the weight drops. Regular cleaning of the storage chain bag is necessary on a daily basis.
