Intelligent control system for stage electric hoist
In order to provide smooth operation, low noise, and easy control of the stage gourd, we will introduce an intelligent control system to monitor and adjust the state of the stage.
Sensors: Sensors installed on stage gourds will monitor stage height in real-time
Parameters such as angle, inclination, and load are provided for reference by the controller.
Feedback control: The controller will adjust the motor speed and direction through PID control algorithm based on sensor feedback signals to achieve balance and stability of stage height.
Stage electric hoist safety protection system
To ensure the safety and reliability of the stage gourd, we have designed the following safety measures
Protection system:
Overload protection: By setting current sensors and overload protection devices, when the load exceeds the preset limit, the motor will automatically stop working to avoid equipment damage.
Collision protection: Install collision sensors and immediately stop the operation of the stage hoist when it collides with an obstacle to avoid safety accidents.
Temperature protection: Install a temperature sensor to automatically stop the motor operation and issue an alarm signal when the motor temperature is too high, to avoid overheating of the motor.
