Choose the appropriate lubricant and operate according to the prescribed lubrication cycle and method to reduce component wear and friction.
2. Regular inspection
Component inspection: Regularly inspect various components of the electric hoist, such as hooks, wire ropes (or chains), braking devices, reducers, motors, etc. Check whether the hook has cracks, deformations, and other defects; Whether the wear degree of the steel wire rope (or chain) exceeds the specified standard; Whether the braking effect of the braking device is good; Is there any oil leakage or abnormal noise in the reducer; Is the operation of the electric motor normal, and is there any overheating, abnormal noise, or other phenomena.
