　　(2) Avoid excessive cleaning: Do not frequently over clean the chain to avoid removing necessary lubricating substances and rust proof coatings on the surface of the chain. Generally, a deep cleaning should be carried out every 1-3 months depending on the usage environment and frequency.

　　(3) Thoroughly dry: After cleaning, make sure the chain is completely dry. You can wipe it with a clean dry cloth or air dry it naturally in a well ventilated place to prevent moisture residue from causing rust.

　　2、 Lubrication aspect

　　(1) Correct selection of lubricating oil: Choose lubricating oil specifically designed for stage electric hoist chains to ensure good lubrication, wear resistance, and rust prevention. Different usage environments may require different types of lubricants, for example, high-temperature resistant lubricants should be selected in high-temperature environments.

　　(2) Control lubrication amount: Apply lubricating oil in moderation. Excessive lubricating oil will adsorb dust and impurities, which will accelerate chain wear. Generally, lubricating oil is evenly applied to each link of the chain to form a thin oil film.

　　(3) Regular lubrication: Lubricate the chain regularly according to the frequency of use. Normally, it is more appropriate to perform lubrication and maintenance every 1-2 months. If the usage environment is harsh or the usage frequency is high, the lubrication frequency can be appropriately increased.

　　3、 Inspection aspect

　　(1) Regular comprehensive inspection: Develop a regular inspection plan and conduct a comprehensive inspection of the chain on a weekly or monthly basis. The inspection includes the degree of wear, cracks, deformation, elongation, and other conditions of the chain, as well as whether the connections between the chain links are firm.

　　(2) Focus on key areas: Pay special attention to the meshing area between the chain and sprocket, and check for any abnormal wear, jamming, or other phenomena. At the same time, check the hook connection part of the chain to ensure its safety and reliability.

　　(3) Use professional tools: When checking the wear and elongation of the chain, use professional measuring tools such as calipers, rulers, etc. to ensure accurate measurement results. When the wear of the chain exceeds a certain degree or the elongation exceeds the specified range, the chain should be replaced in a timely manner.

　　4、 Storage aspect

　　(1) Suitable storage environment: When the stage electric hoist is not in use, store the chain in a dry and well ventilated place, avoiding storage in damp, high temperature, or corrosive gas environments. Special chain storage bags or boxes can be used to prevent the chains from being contaminated by dust, oil, and other contaminants.

　　(2) Avoid squeezing and collision: When storing chains, avoid squeezing and colliding them. Do not stack heavy objects on the chain to avoid deformation of the chain. At the same time, it is necessary to prevent the chain from coming into contact with other sharp objects to avoid damaging the surface of the chain.
