Stage spaces (especially theaters and studios) usually feature "limited floor height and dense equipment layout". Therefore, fixed-speed stage hoists generally adopt a "compact body design" — by optimizing the motor layout and shortening the wheelbase of the transmission mechanism, the equipment volume is reduced to 60%-80% of that of industrial hoists. This allows flexible installation in narrow spaces such as stage trusses and side hanging points, avoiding occupation of performance areas or audience viewing angles.

Meanwhile, in response to the strict "low noise" requirements of stages (background noise during performances must be controlled below 30 decibels), fixed-speed stage hoists adopt multiple noise reduction measures:

Selection of low-noise motors (operating noise ≤ 55 decibels, far lower than the standard of industrial motors which are above 70 decibels);
Installation of silent bearings and sound-absorbing cotton at the gear transmission parts to reduce mechanical friction noise;
Connection with the stage structure via shock-absorbing brackets to prevent vibration from being transmitted to the stage floor or auditorium, thus eliminating interference of fixed-speed stage hoist operation on sound effects such as lines and music at the source.
