At this time, we need to place the lifting chain in clean, dry, and well ventilated conditions, preferably on a rack, and keep it away from heat sources, corrosive gases, chemicals, direct sunlight, or other strong ultraviolet radiation to avoid affecting the chain. Only by ensuring the quality and performance of each link of the lifting chain can its service life be extended and convenient for the next use.
The treatment method for the broken lifting chain of the stage electric hoist
In the process of using lifting chains, it is not uncommon for them to break due to improper operation or overloading. So, what should we do after the chain breaks?
It should be noted that after the chain is broken, it cannot be welded and must be replaced with a brand new one. The following will explain the reason for this.
