Product Details

The core function of a portable truss winch is to rely on the load-bearing framework of stage trusses (mostly made of high-strength aluminum alloy or steel, capable of withstanding loads from hundreds to thousands of kilograms). By accurately adapting to truss rails or hanging points, it achieves stable lifting/lowering and millimeter-level precise positioning of various stage equipment. Its operating principle involves converting power into vertical lifting/lowering or horizontal traversing movements of equipment through a built-in high-precision transmission system.

For example, for large lighting arrays, the synchronous control module of the portable truss winch enables overall lifting/lowering along the main truss rails, ensuring the light projection angle matches the stage performance rhythm precisely. For overweight audio groups (with a single group often weighing over 50kg), the winch’s double-chain suspension structure can be used to prevent equipment from shaking during lifting/lowering, ensuring the stability of sound field coverage. When dealing with complex stage setups (such as retractable gauze frames and dynamic prop supports), the portable truss winch can also work with programmable control systems to achieve coordinated movements of multiple hanging points, completing the unfolding, retracting or position switching of stage sets and creating rich visual layers for stage performances.
