Drive Mode and Speed Control
Constant-speed Type:
The Fixed Speed Truss Hoist adopts a motor drive system with a fixed speed (such as a common three-phase asynchronous motor). The operating speed cannot be adjusted, and it only realizes uniform lifting and lowering through mechanical transmission. For example, its speed is directly determined by the rated frequency of the motor and cannot be adjusted according to the load or scene requirements.
Variable-frequency Type:
It is equipped with a frequency converter to control the motor speed and achieves stepless speed regulation by adjusting the output frequency. For example, in stage machinery, when a frequency converter is used to drive the motor, the lifting speed, acceleration, and deceleration time can be precisely controlled, making it suitable for scenarios with high requirements for dynamic performance.
