Product Details
Stage electric hoists lift lighting, trussing and audio equipment for concerts, theatres and event venues. The load chain is the core load-bearing component, so regular chain maintenance directly guarantees on-site safety and stable operation.
Carry out visual inspections before every use. Check chains for cracks, deformation, rust, excessive wear, twisted links or foreign debris. Clean dust and dirt from chain surfaces to avoid abrasive friction. Apply special chain lubricant evenly to each link joint; avoid over-lubrication which drips onto stage facilities.
Rental stage hoists require more frequent upkeep. If chains show obvious stretching, notch wear or permanent distortion, stop using immediately and replace them. Correct maintenance reduces abnormal noise, lowers mechanical loss and extends chain service life.
