Usage and maintenance methods of chain hoists:
1. After use, the hoist should be cleaned and coated with rust resistant grease. Store it in a dry place to prevent moisture, rust, and corrosion of the chain hoist.
2. Maintenance and repair should be carried out by those who are familiar with the hoist mechanism. Clean the hoist components with kerosene, and lubricate the gears and extraction parts with butter to prevent those who do not understand the performance principles of this machine from disassembling and assembling at will.
3. After cleaning and maintenance, the hoist should undergo a no-load test to confirm its normal operation and reliable braking before being delivered for use.
4. The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean. The brake part should be regularly inspected to prevent brake failure and the occurrence of heavy objects falling off.
5. The rollers of the left and right bearings of the lifting sprocket of the chain hoist can be adhered with butter to the inner ring of the bearing that has been pressed onto the neck of the lifting sprocket, and then installed into the outer ring of the bearing on the wall panel.
6. When installing the brake device of the chain hoist, pay attention to the good meshing between the ratchet teeth and the pawl. The spring should control the pawl flexibly and reliably. After installing the hand chain wheel, rotate the hand chain wheel clockwise to press the ratchet and friction plate onto the brake seat. Rotate the hand chain wheel counterclockwise, leaving a gap between the ratchet and the friction plate.
For the convenience of maintenance and disassembly, one section of the bracelet is an open chain (welding is not allowed).
During refueling and using the chain hoist, the friction surface of the braking device must be kept clean, and the braking performance must be regularly checked to prevent brake failure from causing heavy objects to fall.
