The labor-saving stage chain hoist achieves the dual goals of effortless operation and stable lifting through a sophisticated working mechanism, in which the principle of gear transmission plays a crucial role. The labor-saving stage chain hoist is equipped with a complete set of gear transmission system inside, which includes a driving gear, a driven gear, and several intermediate gears. When the operator pulls the chain, the movement of the chain causes the driving gear to start rotating. Thanks to the precise meshing relationship among the gears, this rotational motion is transmitted successively, ultimately driving the driven gear to rotate synchronously. The lifting chain is wound around the driven gear. As the driven gear rotates, the chain is either wound up or released, thus completing the operations of lifting and lowering the heavy objects. In this process, the different gear ratios are the core elements for achieving labor savings. Its principle is quite similar to the lever principle. When a small force acts on the driving gear, a larger force will be generated on the driven gear through the transmission between the gears. For example, if the diameter of the driving gear is relatively small and the diameter of the driven gear is large, according to the internal relationship between force and the arm of force, applying a small pulling force on the side of the driving gear can obtain a large lifting force on the driven gear. In this way, the labor-saving stage chain hoist can achieve the effect of labor-saving lifting, that is, lifting heavy objects with a small force.
