Stage Chain Winchs are suitable for short-distance lifting of small equipment and goods. The lifting capacity generally does not exceed 10 tons, and the lifting height is typically no more than 6 meters. The housing of hand chain hoists is made of high-quality alloy steel, which is sturdy, wear-resistant, and offers high safety performance. When lifting heavy objects upward, the Stage Chain Winch is pulled clockwise, causing the chain wheel to rotate. For lowering, the hand chain is pulled counterclockwise, separating the brake seat from the brake pad. The ratchet wheel remains stationary under the action of the pawl, while the five-tooth long shaft drives the hoisting chain wheel to rotate in the opposite direction, enabling smooth lowering of the load. Hand chain hoists generally use a ratchet friction plate-type one-way brake, which can self-brake under load. The pawl meshes with the ratchet wheel under the action of a spring to ensure the safe operation of the brake.
