How to debug the limit switch of a chain hoist

　　When we use it, the first step is to debug the hand chain hoist load limiter. The conical friction surfaces of the hand chain hoist load limiter are first ground and run in. During grinding, the grinding disc is used as the medium to make the conical surfaces tightly adhere and generate relative rotation. By grinding, the roughness of the conical surfaces can be reduced, the fit between the friction surfaces can be improved, and it is easy to debug. The friction surface of the assembly time carrier needs to be coated with a layer of high-temperature resistant grease.

　　There are two methods for adjusting the load limiter of a chain hoist:

　　One method is component debugging, which involves adjusting the pressure regulating nut and using a torque wrench to rotate the handwheel (reversing ratchet) to make it slip until the torque reading value equals the theoretical torque value at the time of slip, indicating that debugging is complete. This method is simple and easy to implement, with low tooling costs, but there is a significant error between the actual slip point and the theoretical slip point.

　　The second method is the whole machine debugging method, which sets up a tension test table according to the weight of the limited load slipping, and adjusts the pressure nut from tight to loose to adjust the load limiter from not slipping to being able to slip. This method is cumbersome to operate, costly to debug tooling, and has the advantage of high precision.

　　Generally, appropriate debugging methods are selected based on the user's requirements for the range of slip points of the load limiter. After using the hand chain hoist for a period of time, we need to conduct a series of inspections on the hand chain hoist to check for wear and deformation of the hook. The hook should be free of harmful defects such as cracks, sharp angles, burrs, corrosion, warping, and twisting.

　　Also, it is important to regularly add grease and lubrication to each transmission component. The friction surfaces of the brake must be kept clean and free of oil stains to ensure reliable braking performance.

　　When using the lifting chain, lubricating oil should be applied regularly and dirt or other debris should not be stuck on it to prevent the lifting chain from being carried by people and depositing in the concave area, which will affect normal meshing.

　　The used chain hoist should be stored in a dry place.

　　When left unused for a long time, appropriate protection and proper storage should be taken. This not only extends the service life of the chain hoist, but also maximizes the safety performance of the chain hoist.
