　　3. Install the chain gear according to the drawing.

　　4. When installing the groove nut, the handwheel should be turned clockwise first to press the ratchet and friction plate onto the brake air seat before installing the groove nut.

　　5. After cleaning, inspection, and maintenance, the stage chain hoist should undergo no-load and heavy load tests to confirm normal operation, automatic reliability, and can only be used interchangeably.

　　Precautions for using stage electric hoist

　　1. Overloading is strictly prohibited.

　　2. It is strictly prohibited to operate with power other than human labor.

　　3. Before use, it is necessary to confirm that the components are intact, the transmission parts and lifting chains are well lubricated, and the idle condition is normal.

　　4. Before lifting, check if the upper and lower hooks are securely fastened. It is strictly prohibited to hang heavy objects at the tip or perform other incorrect operations. The lifting chain should be suspended vertically without twisted links, and the lower hook frame of the double chain should not be flipped.

　　5. The operator should stand in the same plane as the hand chain wheel and pull the hand chain, causing the hand chain wheel to rotate clockwise to lift the heavy object; Pull the hand chain in reverse to slowly lower the heavy object.

　　6. When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly prohibited for personnel to do any work or walk under the heavy objects to avoid personal accidents.

　　7. During the lifting process, regardless of whether the heavy object rises or falls, when pulling the hand chain, the force should be evenly and gently applied, and excessive force should be avoided to prevent the hand chain from jumping or getting stuck.

　　8. If the operator finds that the hand tension is greater than the normal tension, they should immediately stop using it. Prevent wear and tear on the bracelet straps.
