In order to improve the efficiency and extend the service life of hand chain hoists, we need to regularly maintain them, and lubrication is one of them. So, where is the lubricating oil applied? Is there anything particular about it?
1. Before applying lubricating oil to the chain hoist, wipe the surface clean with a cloth. The main application areas are chains, sprockets, hooks, and other parts.
2. When applying grease, you can use a steel brush to dip in an appropriate amount of grease for application.
3. Apply lubricating oil evenly on the surface of the components, then air dry to allow the grease to be fully absorbed, which can greatly improve the application effect.
4. Choose a suitable environment for storing the dried chain hoists.
After a long period of practice, it has been proven that applying lubricating grease reasonably to the hand chain hoist can not only improve efficiency, but also extend the service life of the hand chain hoist components if persisted for a long time.

If hung and placed, many components will be squeezed and deformed by gravity, and over time, the parts will be damaged.
The correct method is to lay it horizontally on a dry ground after use, and also pay attention to placing it on the ground level with a landmark sign to prevent stepping. Do not place any heavy objects on the chain hoist, otherwise the parts will be compressed.
