Product Details

In scenarios such as large-scale concerts, music festivals, and variety shows, chain hoists for stage performances are tasked with "hoisting heavy equipment and coordinating special effects," serving as the "technical cornerstone" for stunning visual effects. In the stage design of a top-tier singer’s concert, 24 heavy-duty (5-ton capacity) chain hoists for stage performances were used to collaboratively hoist 3 sets of rotatable heavy-duty robotic arms (each weighing 3 tons, equipped with LED screens and flame-throwing devices).

Stage electric hoist product details

During the climax of the performance, the stage performance chain hoists control and slowly lift the 3 sets of robotic arms from both sides of the stage into the air, while adjusting the angle of the robotic arms. Once the robotic arms reach the designated height, the hoists maintain stable load-bearing, allowing the robotic arms to start rotating and emitting flames, while the LED screens play the singer’s holographic images. Throughout the entire process, the chain hoists not only need to precisely control the lifting position of the robotic arms (with an error margin of ≤ 2cm) but also withstand the lateral tension generated by the rotation of the robotic arms. Their stability directly determines the safety and visual effectiveness of the special effects. Without the support of these chain hoists, such "aerial robotic arm effects" would be completely impossible to achieve, which fully demonstrates their "irreplaceability" in large-scale performances.
