Cut off the power supply: Before carrying out any adjustment operations, it is essential to first cut off the power supply of the audio electric hoist controller. This step must strictly follow the "power-off - electricity inspection -(hanging a sign)" process: first, turn off the main power switch, then lock the switch handle in the "off" position to prevent accidental switching on by others; next, use a properly calibrated test pencil to touch key parts such as the power input terminal and button wiring terminal of the controller respectively, and repeatedly check for electricity more than 3 times. After confirming that there is no current output, hang a warning sign reading "Under maintenance, do not switch on" at the power switch. The warning sign must indicate the operator, operation time and contact information. If there are multiple power access points in the operation area, they must be checked one by one and all possible power supply circuits must be cut off to avoid electric shock risks caused by incorrect connection of standby power supplies or circuits. In addition, for audio electric hoist controllers using three-phase power supply, it is also necessary to check whether the neutral wire and ground wire are completely disconnected to ensure that the entire operating environment is in a completely power-free state.
