What should I do if the hook of the stage hand hoist is damaged?

The stage chain hoist is a manual hoist used on the stage, which is relatively flexible in use and can maintain the mystery of the stage. So what if the hook of the chain hoist is damaged?

The damage to the hook of a chain hoist can be classified according to the severity: deformation of the hook, cracking of the hook, and breakage of the hook. Different types of damage have different treatment methods.

If the hook undergoes deformation, it is necessary to first check whether the degree of deformation of the hook is within the safe range. If the deformation is severe, a new hook needs to be replaced. If the deformation is minor, it can still be used, but attention should be paid not to overload during use.

If there are cracks or fractures on the surface of the hook, a new hook needs to be replaced immediately. The hook of the chain hoist is a forged hook, and once damaged, it cannot be used anymore. It is important to strictly prohibit welding the hook without authorization.
