Chain hoist has the characteristics of compact structure and low hand pull.
The chain hoist consists of several parts, including a chain wheel, a hand zipper, a transmission mechanism, a lifting chain, and upper and lower hooks. The mechanical transmission part can be divided into two types: worm gear and gear transmission. Due to the low mechanical efficiency and easy wear of parts in worm gear transmission, it is now rarely used. There are several models of manual chain hoists for gear transmission, among which the HS type is a popular type of manual chain hoist: the WA type is an improved product based on the HS type; The SB1 type adopts a new type of structural transmission, which has higher mechanical efficiency, but its self weight is heavier than the HS type.
