In the actual installation work of the stage effect devices for the TV station's New Year's Eve Gala, technicians selected 2-ton load-bearing black flat webbing slings paired with high-precision stage electric hoists. This type of sling is woven from double-layer high-strength polyester fibers, which prevents breakage due to excessive local stress. When lifting the fireworks launch rack, the sling can naturally fit the irregular contour of the launch rack. By adjusting the positions of the lifting points at both ends, the tilt angle of the launch rack can be flexibly adjusted, ensuring that it remains horizontal during the ascent with a deviation of no more than 2 millimeters.

Considering that instant high temperatures will be generated when fireworks are launched, the surface of the black flat webbing sling has undergone special fire-resistant coating treatment, which can withstand short-term high temperatures of 300℃ and has good flame retardancy. Even if it comes into contact with sparks, it will not ignite. At the installation site, technicians also added high-temperature-resistant silicone pads at the contact points between the sling and the launch rack to further insulate heat transfer and ensure the safe use of the sling.

For the installation of large LED interactive screens, the technical team adopted a method of collaborative operation with multiple sets of black flat webbing slings. Each of these screens weighs 800 kilograms and needs to be spliced into an arc-shaped display wall with a total area of more than 200 square meters. The installation accuracy requires that the gap between the screens is less than 1 millimeter. Technicians accurately calculated the stress parameters of each lifting point, adjusted the splicing angle of the screens using the flexibility of the slings, and then cooperated with the fine-tuning function of the electric hoist to finally achieve a seamless splicing visual effect.
